Conference and Events Sales Executive

We are looking for a diligent Conference and Events Sales Executive to join our Sales team. You will manage conferences and events from inquiry to completion, ensuring excellent client service throughout. The role involves preparing proposals, confirming event details, liaising with clients and internal teams, and achieving sales targets through proactive selling.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract new clients – corporate accounts, event agencies, and conference organizers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food & beverage sales, and catering/banquet services
- Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies in the MICE segment and beyond
- Organize and lead site inspections for potential clients
- Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their needs
- Prepare tailored offers, contracts, presentations and banquet event orders
- Coordinate agreed services of the groups and events with other hotel-level teams
- Represent the hotel at networking events, seminars, and trade shows
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Executes the sales strategy in order to meet company and individual revenue goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in hotel systems
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or event management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities, proactive and results-driven attitude
- Self-motivated and team-oriented personality
- Excellent command of Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems (Opera, Delphi, E-proposal, etc.)
- Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel sales environment is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints while managing multiple priorities
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
