We are searching for a talented and professional Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team
Main responsibilities:
- Assists the Marketing department in interacting with various marketing services.
- Communicate and coordinate with the internal Marketing staff to understand business/marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are met.
- In conjunction with the Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for the creation and execution of successful digital marketing campaigns
- Assist the Brand & Communications Manager in the development of digital advertising strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify target audience personas and craft effective campaigns to engage them.
- Brainstorm, develop, implement, and track ideas for creative marketing & advertising campaigns and based on the approved communication plan.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI.
- Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors.
- Develop and oversee high-quality content for, social media, email, and websites.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Perform keyword research to drive organic traffic.
- Update our social media pages with compelling company news and offers.
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search rankings.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
- Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- Creates content in Bulgarian and English for hotel activities and campaigns.
- Execute, coordinate, schedule, and meet project content deadlines regarding various marketing initiatives (Corporate Events, External Activations, CSR projects, etc
Qualification, experience, and skills requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience as a marketing specialist in the hospitality or tourism industry will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Meta Business Manager (Meta Ads Manager, Meta Creator Studio), Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. CMS and CRM experience will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
